My one of two younger brother have taken some money from me for business purpose and given me a oral promise that he would give the money after a said period. and i didnt kept any agreement or proofs due to relation and faith but now that period reached to its end, and now when i asked about my money, he creating reasons to return my money and willing to forfeit my money. only i have a small peice of paper on which my another brother have written the total amount and that is the only proof i have to produce before him. please help me is there any way to bring back my money peacefully and without any quarrels.

Oral obligations are enforceable.

But if he does not have the money you can have a judgement but still no money. Wining in court does not guarantee return of money.

So you have to use a bait. Send him a latter registered or an E-mail ask for the response, explain that per our agreement you will like the money back. If he dos not respond to this latter you will see a lawyer about it to enforce the original verbal agreement. You would like to be amicable and thinking that he does not have it now then you would be willing to negotiate the timing of return, but to avoid legal involvement and a rife in the family over this so please respond, in writing in 30 day.On top of this in bold write 30 days legal notice.

See what happens, I am hoping he will respond and you will have a proof and new dead line, without others in picture.

yes there is a way,
u talk to that person face to face dont forget to invite the people who were present at the time when this person took money from u. have a stright talk about money no-curtacy. if that person ask some more time then make sure u give him this time and take a writtten proof this time that u and he have an agreement do this all with paticents. the person will return ur money for sure.

ur problem will got solved if u believe god. its simple. take big tulasi garland and make 21 rounds around the lord hanuman by chanting sriram for 40 days on 41st day offersome lemon rice and 1kg of jaggery to temple priest with dakshina . 90% ur problem will solved. all these 41 days u r not suppose dto eat outside food.

THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM YOU BY LOVE AND AFFECTION NOW YOU DO THE SAME THING TO GET THE MONEY BACK. YOU WILL NOT GET THIS MONEY THROUGH THE LAW.

Tell him he's proving his word is not worth crap and because of his actions, he's to blame for you feeling this way. If he doesn't like it, then pay up and prove himself worthy.
