I read somewhere that it was something specific and now I can't remember where or what it is?!

I would be more worried whether the baby was going to be healthy or not than the length of its eyelashes!

But for the record, my 20 month old son has incredibly long eyelashes & the only thing I remember eating in vast quantities when pregnant with him was satsumas!

Sweetie, its the luck of the draw. In our case my husband has beautiful long full eyelashes and I need thickening lengthening vloumizing mascara. Just be grateful you're pregnant and having a healthy baby. And, maybe if you have so much time to worry about eyelashes go buy a good book and read aloud to your baby. The stimulation will be good for her/him. I was in my senior year of college when I got pregnant and taking Romance Period Lit, Human Ecology, Language and Linguistics...etc...and her doctor attributes her advanced abilities in speech and recognition to these things.

In short, worry about the important things, her/his heart, mind and body. You want 10 fingers...and toes...2 eyes...1 mouth 1 nose 2 ears. There are so many things that are up in the air right now the only food you need to worry about eating (and not until the very end) is watermelon. It induces labor!! I ate it 2 days before going into labor and I wasn't even close to being dilated.

Worry all you want, but put your efforts into the things that really deserve the expenditure of your energies!

Nothing you eat will guarantee long eyelashes! Eat healthily with the aim of having a healthy baby and don't obsess over silly things like eyelashes.

There's nothing you can eat to make your baby have long eyelashes, that's genetics, if you or your partner have long eye lashes, then your baby has a 50% chance of having them too.

Why are you so concerned about wanting a baby with long lashes, wouldn't having a healthy baby be more important?

I wouldn't be worrying what to eat in order to give your baby long eyelashes as this will be genetic ... if you and your partner have long eyelashes ... chances are your child will!! Rather eat to provide baby with health!! Nothing is going to alter the genetics!!

purely make effective you're eating different meals that are intense in protein and iron. many ladies human beings are vegetarians at the same time as pregnant. also, seek for suggestion from including your regular practitioner and ask them about meals you need to be eating. they could try your iron stages extra, yet as long as you're nonetheless eating a nicely balanced weight-help plan, then each thing will be superb!

Wow, I'm sorry if this is a serious question, but it made me smile, and some of the answers have really helped make me laugh after a really depressing weekend.

The answer is nothing, it's just down to genes, but I do have to thank you for asking this, as it made me smile again!

If you read expert's advise, you will realise that there is nothing you can do to change that. It is just genetics. Whatever product you saw was just a money making scheme!!!

You have to eat the eyelashes of 3 virgins. That, and have a baby with someone with long eyelashes so they can pass it on through their DNA. Duh.
