Stretch and take some deep breaths.
Remember only you know all you plan to talk about.. if there is a problem just move on no one will know unless you make a face or a gesture

If it is a large crowd try looking just out over the tops of their hears and it will look as if you are looking right at them.

You will do fine! I assume you have prepared well...and practiced it at least 1 or 2 times.. just remember the key points you want to make...Good luck

During the last few moments before your presentation, breath in deeply through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth. It forces your body to relax, whether your mind wants it to or not. It works for me everytime I sing.

Well you have to take some fresh air before that and dont fuss and on the presantation just think that all the people doesnt exist hope it works and i wish you luck!!!

Take a walk in the fresh air, keep moving around. THINK about your breathing. Good luck.

think that every-one in the room listing to u is an IDIOT and only u know everything about the subject...trust me it helps a lot and Ur body language also get confident
