its a british slang meaning geek or a nerd...

try googling the oxford dictionary when you get stuck.
an anorak is a parka, or windbreaker
not sure what the word origin is, but it strikes me as Icelandic
oxford will definitely have this word

I don't know where it comes from, but in Greek and in French I know the word means an impermeable raincoat.
