Do you mean bigger? You go to the doctors, spin them some sob story about the effect your boobs have on your life, how you can't go out or have a normal relationship. You say you are having problems with severe depression. The doctor is daft enough to beleive you and refers you to counselling, the counseller would probably recognise you for what you are, but assuming she doesn't she'll work with you for years to try to fix your body dismophia and get to the route of it. This would have to fail and she would have to agree that the only way to improve your body dismorphia is a breast enlargement. She would send you for a psychological assesment, where you would have to spin the story again (btw, these are intelligent people so would know whether you are faking within seconds) and they would refer you on to a surgeon.

This whole thing would take years, by which time you've used up valuable mental health provision and prevented someone else form seeing the counsellor. Oh, and you could easily have saved up the money by then too! But that's how its done.

my parents both work for the nhs. and the only way you can get a boob job from the nhs is if your boobs are too big and are causing you to have bad back problems. if that is so then you call up the nhs and arrange an appointment.

I saw your previous question and it seems you want to go from a B to a DD...there is absolutely NO chance of your getting it done by the NHS, and quite right too. It is there for operations needed for either the physical or mental health of patients, and not because someone fancies bigger boobs. If you want artificial breasts, that's fine, but you're going to need to find the money yourself.

Do what my friend did, book yourself an appointment at the doctors, preferably a female doctor, cry and tell her how you dont leave the house, your self concious, you hate yourself, you self harm etc....... until she refers you. Bingo.

P.s might have to wait a few years though.

go to ur doctor and tell them that your boobs are causing your back to hurt,assuming that they are really big. if they're not then you have no chance

if your really depressed and you hagte them with a passion, if they cause you pain. I hate mine to (everyone else likes them though) but i see faults with mine......i to want mine sorted out
