If the doctor you visited could not resolve your problem, try asking for a second opinion or third opinion. Try to go to a specialist rather than those who are in general practice. That is a cause for alarm at it may be infection or else, but the first step is checking with a specialist and get another opinion with another specialist.

This might be the gases they use to lift your flesh up off the organs to operate coming out. There is alot of bruising and nasty toxic stuff to come out and it will swell you up. Also if you are very worried call a doctor out to see you.

Call the doctor and talk to the nurse. I think this is definitely something to check into. Call right now.

It could be just gas accumulated by the lack of movement, have you passed gas?, Try to stand up and see if you pass some gas, otherwise call the doctor

Get in touch with the surgeon to find out if this is normal. Don't wait another day.
