I wish I had a good answer. I'm beginning to think that some tragedys are just too difficult to get through alone, & a therapist is the only answer. After similar losses myself, I have a completely irrational fear of losing more people I love.
The whole "time" thing sounds good, but it just didn't work for me so far.

While the separation part is harsh, and while some deaths are very traumatic, know that death is a part of life, while some never accept it, know that it is a road that we all must take. Memories keep those who have gone on alive. One should not pursue death because death is a pursuer, so the only thing the living can do is to continue to live. The grief process can be long but know that with all things in life, this too shall pass.

Go and see a therapist. Don't feel ashamed. If you bashed your elbow hard 4 times, you'd get it seen to. You've had your mind bashed hard 4 times, so you need to get that seen to. The therapist will help make your mind better. All the best x

You need to be patient and let your self take the time needed to grieve naturally. It is different for everyone. There are stages of grief; denial, anger, grief and acceptance and not necessarily in that order. You can be angry, then accepting then angry again, etc., etc. Give yourself plenty of leeway.

Here this is what helps me. Ghost are real and they can "follow" you and just get a digital camera and start searching for them in your house.
