Man what a stressful year. No job half the year. Ex girlfriend problems. Family problems. Legal problems. It all seems too much to handle for a young buck such as myself. What kind of help should I be looking for to resolve these issues? I try to take them one step at a time but everytime my hopes get up something else is affecting my way of thinking.

When are you going to admit that you can't go at it alone? Do you think God is trying to tell you something? Do you have Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not go this site in the source list and check it out.

If you are a believer and God brought this in your life, again if God trying to tell you something?

Even if everything is in order and you have no known sin in your life, if you could see what God is preparing for you, I am sure you would be thinking "Bring it on God" I will handle it. You don't know how long you have to go through this but you can be assured that God is working all things for your good, even if your emotions are not telling you this.

May you be free from a divided mind in Jesus' Name. Peace be upon you and God will provide all your needs according to His riches in glory as you learn to trust Him.

Though we go through the fire we are refined with gold. I know at times things can be overwhelming but you got it right in saying one day at a time. If things get way too stressful then seek some counseling. Could be you just need a few talks to set things in prospective. As far as the girlfriend goes you will find one who cares one day just do not let all of this worry get you down. As far as the family goes you got to love them but maybe you need to be a bit further away. Sometimes this is the best thing. As far as the legal problems, that is what the lawyer is for. This way you do not have to worry about it. Find some things to do in your life that take your mind off all the worries. Take up a few hobbies and get involved with something going on in the community. Get together with friends and enjoy things. Take a few breaths and look around. Are things really that bad? You know you have it better then some so keep your chin up.

Life has a way of doing this to us....problems tend to come in bunches.....the main thing you need to do is try and keep your sense of humor...find someone, family member or friend, that you can talk with when things get really bad...in the mean time...keep putting one foot in front of the other and go on.....taking these issues on one at a time is a good idea if you can handle things that way.....you might also want to try reading some inspirational books to help you....example, "don't sweat the small stuff (and it's all small stuff)".....just remember that attitude is 80% of getting through stuff......take is easy on yourself and good luck....keep plugging...

Holla at me brother!!! I know exactly how you feel!!! Ive been through something so freaken similar and I struggled and STRUGGLED till the point where i thought there was no way out and that I would die with these huge burdens over my head! I hate to sound like a preacher... but the BEST advice I can give you is turn to god! Go to a local christian church and ask to speak to a pastor... lay all your problems and fears and i swear on my life from that day forward it will be like WHAMMO... its all good! What have you go to lose? Nothing. Just do it.

Remember, evreything happens for a reason. There is never more put on your plate than you can handle. Look for the purpose in what is happening. With each situation, ask yourself what you are suppose to get out of it. You may not come up with the answer. Just keep moving forward.

You're just riding the wave of life! It happens to us all mate, I am sure you have the survival instinct that will get you through. Nothing wrong with talking to mates or family about how you feel though, or having a good cry when no one is looking - good luck.

Hang in there but continue working on your problems. As stated, you are a young buck so you have youth on your side.

These things happen to the best of us. Take things one day at a time, tomorrow will take care of itself.

Enter yourself in a mental ward for about a year, you'll be straight.
