If a girl is having dirty past - like flirting, having many affairs, etc
But now she has decided to change herself and want to be a better person.
Infact she IS changed now.

well she has set a rep for herself. and sometimes it takes a long time to prove to people that you have changed. you should only worry about what God thinks of you....but also you should not give up being that new person...and be patient with people that need to trust that you have changed

Do you and don't worry about others. When people perceive you've changed...and that you don't give a rat's @ss if they notice or not, they will become curious about you.
Don't attempt to befriend these people. Let them befriend you.
