All the time. With friends, it's usually because I actually disagree with them, or have no desire to do something they want me to. I tell myself no all the time… this has saved a lot of people’s lives that have irritated me. When referring to family members specifically, most of them feel that our random genetic connection gives them some kind of authority to not only question, but judge how I live my life, so I tell them no a lot just to annoy them. Blood truly is thicker than water… that’s why leeches prefer it.

You say no to friends and family when you realise they are starting to take the p1ss. And you say no to yourself when you realise that you shouldnt really be doing whatever it is your doing.......

I tell myself no all the time.
I tell them no in other words than that, usually, when I do say no. It's nowhere nearly as often as I should.
