Round one would have Ali and Rocky test throwing a few testing jabs, nothing too amazing...
Round two - Rocky Lands a few jabs, and it turns into a dancing contest to see which is better, Apollo Creed jig or Ali's shuffle.
Round three - Mr T walks off at this point cos he's sick of not getting any action.
Round four - Ali gets a bit short of breath and tags Lee in, lee proceeds to kick Rocky in his nuts and has a point deducted.
Round five - Ali hits the referee with a chair when he isn't looking and Ali and Lee start putting the smackdown on Rocky, rocky iron chin however prevents him from falling...
Round six - The referee regains control of the fight and pushes Ali out of the ring, Lee is quick, but Rocky lands a terrific right hook that sends him to the canvas... count reaches the mandatory 8 and lee is up.
Round seven - Bruce Lee finally figures out that he's been dead for 20 years and promptly falls down in a pile of goo. Rocky takes an easy round.
Round eight - Mr T makes a quick cameo appearance to say he pities the fool, and turns the bell and a pair of boxer shorts into a tank and drives off into the sunset.
Round Nine - Ali also at this point realises that his Parkinsons disease and does the shuffle totally involuntarily, however the shaking allows ali to recapture some of his jabbing speed.
Round ten - Rocky has finally had enough and asks the referee to play the Rocky theme tune 'gonna fly now' and proceeds to keep pummeling ali and with a devestating right hook ali falls with Adrian shouting 'you can do it rocky', Ali falls to the canvas brain damaged and never wakes up again.
Rocky wins the championship of the world and goes home for some love time with Mr T and Apollo Creed...

Mohammed Ali without a shadow of a doubt, especailly with Bruce Lee as hos tag partner. Rocky & Mr T wouldn't stand a chance !!

first of all Bruce lee wasn't a boxer he did marshall arts. second, both were "underdogs" in there game. now because Bruce would get disqualified because of his stile Rocky would defiantly win. Besides he can take such a huge beating Ali would tire out to quickly and colapse.

i'm going to take the real existence appropriate heavyweight boxer of all circumstances over a fictional action picture character any day. in case you're speaking approximately Rocky Marciano, Ali might beat him too.

Neither I'm afraid - they are BOTH too old now! (And even the tag partners wouldn't work silly - Bruce is dead and Mr T waaaaayyyy past it!) (LOL)

Rocky would win obviously, because he is a made up character. IN those films its so far fetched. IN real life he would not have been able to have taken all of those beatings and still one! I mean, how hard was that Ivan Drago bloke (the russian). To made up to be true to be honest.
