If you'd like more people to visit, you could have a word with your government about refining the visa processes - I know a lot of people (potentrial tourists) who have had a hard time getting into Iran. That's the main reason I've never seriously explored the idea of going there.
But everyone I know who's been there or is from there describes it as a wonderful place. I would love to go there one day.

I'm sure Iran is a beautiful country, and if I had the opportunity to visit, I would definitely go. Too bad politics and religious division has fcuked things up.
