EMF image trouble?

Question

I have this EMF image on my pc and it wont delete/ copy/ paste let my eidit it or anything. I have made it so that it wasnt read only but no luck any one got any ideas.

I had file once that wouldn't change it just would sit there and stay on read only. Never could figure it out........ See if yours went back to Read Only after you changed it. If not then try doing it in safe mode.
