I would never want to take away what someone else has done, but for fantasy I would say the cure polio, took a president with the illness and the donations of the American people to cure that. FDR was big pusher of the march of dimes which gave the money to get the cure. that's why FDR is on the dime. when they wanted to put Reagan on the dime I wanted to barf
