this really depends on what program you used to download with, if any, and what windows / OS you have. But here try this...
Go back to the site and "start the download again" then write these two things down 1. the name of the file 2. the pathway where the file is downloading to, on your computer. Then CANCEL the download
1. If you cant find the download "using the pathway" you wrote down
2. use your computers "find/search" function "entering the file name" (for windows users: click the start button / search / for files or folders / all files / enter file name)

Depending on the client you are using, it should be possible to go to the tools menu or options or something to that effect. It should have a folder name place where it stores all your downloaded podcasts. If you can't automatically open it from there, click start, programs, accessories, windows explorer and find it in there, or copy the information in the location bar and click on start, run. Once you have pasted it just hit OK. Several of them default to the my music, my documents, or my downloads folder. If you know the name of the file, you can click on start, search, files or folders. When the box opens (XP) it should have a menu, with the link Pictures, music or video. Click on that and give it the file name.

Probably in your temp internet files. Search your computer for it if you know the name. If you don't go to Temp Internet files and sort by biggest file size first and you should find it as it will almost definately be one of the biggest files in that folder
