Aparently this promotion is legitimate, it's been featured in Wired Magazine and The Guardian paper, but it seems too good to be true.
Has anyone here received a free computer from these people?

there have been some reliable solutions given. BootCamp is an stunning product, and springs bundled with OS X Leopard. 2 different thoughts are VMware Fusion, and Parallels. those are living house windows emulations, designed specifically for the Mac platform. the superb element about VMware and Parallels is they run on proper of OS X, so that you'll change between operating structures on the fly, while not having to reboot.

This is a scam. You sign up for this and you have to give them a lot of information you'd be better off keeping to yourself, plus you have to either get one of their credit cards, or buy magazines, or..... If there is such a thing as a free Apple laptop, I'd like to have one, also.

Sorry mate, nothing is EVER so easy. You have to give them loads of personal/financial information and commitment. If anyone was giving away free laptop's, they would be mobbed and empty handed within minutes!!!
