A 4 month old baby shouldn't need to take any vitamins. If the baby is being breast fed then the breast milk should have all the vitamins needed. But if not then the baby will get all the vitamins needed in the formula.

Always ask with your child's physician. My breastfed 4-month-old son's pediatrician recommended non-prescription Enfamil Tri Vi Sol which is a vitamin A, D & C supplement. The Dr. said it was unnecessary to buy the type which is iron fortified. You can either provide the vitamins mixed with milk in a bottle or with the provided dropper.

Speak to your pediatrician! Depending on where you live your baby may need vitamins supplemented with flouride, and I think those are by prescription only. But you should never give your baby anything without speaking to a DR first

Is there any particular reason you want your bub to be taking vitamins?
Also, are you breastfeeding, or is bub on the bottle?
If you're breastfeeding, take vitamin supplements yourself and some of it will pass to bub through your breast milk.
If bub's bottle-fed, as far as I know formulas contain a fairly good range of nutrients. If you're really keen on the subject, talk to a good naturopath. They'll be able to point you in the right direction.

I even have a matching subject. my daughter is 6months. She weighs 11.5 pounds. She is rolling over yet nonetheless won't be able to sit down without help. We went to a developmental physician, and she or he gave us a huge packet of distinctive routines and events for us to do. She mentioned if we didnt restore the failings now, then she ought to be in the back of schedule any further, like with crawling and walking. on the grounds that we've been there she has more desirable lots. per probability you're able to desire to evaluate seeing a professional. i understand that each toddler is distinctive, thats what human beings instructed me too, yet on the grounds that we observed the physician I even have viewed considerable improvments. that's something for you to think of approximately. As for her weight i wouldnt be hectic as long as she is getting sufficient food. it certainly relies upon on her physique style. My toddler is long and skinny. She is viewed a "banana toddler" There are additionally apple and pear infants. Ive examine that the tilt infants are certainly greater healthy in the long-term. properly i'm hoping this helped. sturdy success!

none, your baby should be getting everything it needs from the formula or the breast milk. at this age you should be starting them on some solids and then they will be getting more of a variety of vitamins.

None. They don't need any until they are atleast 6 months old. After they have started on solids they might need more iron, but contact your dr first. THey will let you know what your baby needs. Don't rely on us here.
