The ureter (the tube through which urine passes) and the ejaculatory duct passes through the prostate gland.So enlargement of the prostate gland may occlude these tube leading to blockage of urine and sperms

Because an enlarged prostate can be big enough to where it disrupts the flow of either. It can get in the way.

A enlarged prostate makes it hard to pee you all so have the feeling of having to pee but you don't that is what TV told me

Makes you feel like you are forcing a gallon of urine through a flat soda straw, no matter how much you push it just won't go faster. No reproductive problems that I know of
