I am most scared of myself.
I'm afraid that I could not control my own feelings and thoughts that sometimes turn to be my dog. That I fear I'm not walking the dog, but the dog is walking me. ..... when something deep down inside me that comes from my traumatic sad past times, abruptly strikes out and makes me losing grip.

I am most scared of the unknown, of losing people I love, and of not knowing what hardships and good times are there in the future. Not knowing what is around the corner scares me. I have had so much grief happen to me when I least expected it and it has left me fearful.

I am scared of being scared... And everything scares me...

I have a heart condition and live alone so am worried I will have a heart attack and noone will find me for three weeks and the cat will have eaten my face off!

i am scared of a lot , but mostly spending my life without doing what i what to do, but the thing is i still don't know it is that i want to do.. i am afraid of time passing by.. don't know why.. age crisis at 23..maybe!
