i think coach needs 2 b changed very urgently

Sorry my dear friend.The real culprit to bring India to this status of affairs are
1.Mode of selection
2.Absense of all rounders
3.Kiran more
1.The moethod of selection or non selection should be consistant.When asked by scribes on Ganguly immediatly after the team is selected for SA tour Mr.Vengsarkar replied a Big NO.
Then why is he selected now and why he was dropped .
2.We need good all rounders who normally plays between 5 to 8 positions.We have none.The one available Mongia is dropped.
3.Lesser said about the damage done by More is better.He has done what others cannot think.Selected a team of hyper boles and expect the coach to deliver.
It is the players who makes a good coach.Not vice versa in team sports.

I am karthik. I am also a cricket lover. After seeing the recent performance of Indian Cricket team, any Indian will loose the hope on the recent team's performance in Indian team. But, I ask how could u blame the coach for the performance. It completely depends on the players. Because, as Rahul said, the work of a coach is only off the ground, once the players enter the ground coach can no more guide or govern the individuals. So, I assist the players for such a poor performance.

Blame the whole damn politics in the system, Team Management is not managing, coach instead of coaching going for experiment poaching, players playing the ramp shows and Board checking dollar revenue in the board.

we cant even blame a single person bcz all the cricket matches depends upon the nature of the pitch but not the players or the coach, dont u remember india won all the 6 matches against SRILANKA last year,
but i only wish india alll the best.

The coach is ok, what we need is an immediate pay reduction for the players and strict guidelines have to be formed regarding the players endorsements because of excessive money flowing their way they get distracted and forget the business which they are into...

None of the two. It is you and me who are so frenzy about the team. Do you see Hockey? I do not but once upon a time I used to when Ajitpal and co used to play and win. Now I forsee the same fate to this game of cricket. All becoz of BCCI, poor forsight

BCCI for having a tight schedule for the team.They have had too much of Cricket this year.
