Realise that when others are not agreeing with you, you're also not agreeing with them!!!

We can't all have the same opinions..

You want others to agree with you, even when you now they're just agreeing with you for your sake, and that they don't really mean it. This makes you feel accepted and loved. Getting your way makes you feel secure. Not getting you're way hurts you. It makes you feel that these people do not love and care about you enough to just do what you want. But the truth is, they do love and care about you- that's why they are still around, and that's why they get upset when you are.
They can't always agree with you. You need to learn to be more understanding to the feelings of others. How would you feel if they got angry at you for not agreeing with you?

It may have some thing to do with your past but you can change that with mind control.

Try total relaxation i.e. physically and mentally.

Sit or lie in a comfortable position, close your eyes with your eyeballs turned up concentrate on the space between the eyes and count down backwards from 100 to 1. when you reach the count of 5 assert to yourself 'When I reach the count of 3 I will be totally relaxed' and at the count of three assert 'I am fully relaxed and feeling better and better every day' at the count of one picture yourself in some peaceful environment, perhaps a rose garden or near gentle streams of water in the hills, call that your favourite place of relaxation and invite persons you love to share this your beautiful place of relaxation then share your happiness with them.

This exercise needs to be practised daily before you go to sleep for at least 15 days. Later you will be able to reduce the countdown from 50 to 1 and even 25 to one.

After a couple of months you will be a baubley person causing others around you happy to have you in their company.

Because humans generally have sort of like an invisible 'electricity' towards others that could affect other's moods and vibes.
When someone is happy and in good mood, it could affect others feelings strongly. When someone gets mad, cranky and negative, his aura of negativity will shine out from him and hit others vibes until they could get affected by it.

I think in your case those who feel gloomy when you were gloomy are not that strong enough for their own mood. They get affected easily by external things.
I know some people who have very strong moods and durable feelings.... whenever someone gets so gloomy and negative near them, they are still happy, content and full of joy.
I think it's because they are emotionally vigorous and they have some kind of unperturbed mood when others try to affect them, besides perhaps they did resolve and find the answers for their excess baggage from their past until they could stay and remain happy whatever situations they face.

You might try to look back to your past a bit to find the important answer of why you get gloomy and angry that often when someone doesn't understand you.
This might rooted from your past times, my friend.
Did you miss something incredibly important from your past? Were you happy when you were a child?
Did you feel fulfilled and complete with all the things in your past before?
Did you have some kind of unresolved anger, pain, hatred and disappointment from your past derived from your own parents, family or friends perhaps?
These sensitive and allergic questions often are one of the main reasons of why a person is getting so sad and so angry when people misunderstand him. Most people defy these kind of questions mostly perhaps they don't want to confess the imperfections from their past. But if we don't want to admit about our past (no matter how happy or sad it was), it could degrade you deliberately. Slowly but sure you will lose yourself.

You have to analyze yourself by asking questions to yourself related to your past. Or seek for counseling. That might be very helpful and useful for you to pull you out from an invisible-unseen 'realm' that exists deep inside your soul that eats you away gradually, without you knowing it.

You are angry when others do not agree or understand you? Try asking yourself why they do not agree with you and do not expect others to understand you when you yourself do not understand yourself. Other reason is, maybe it is because they know that you are on the wrong track and they just want to make it right for you.

You like to get the attention of people and recently you didn't manage to do so. Try to see how can you be more productive and your productivity will bring the attention to you because of your work not your act or words sense these are temporary solutions.

there might be two or three things simaltaneously working behind it ...the first it may be due to genetic structure..second ur expectations and reality might be not compatible...third it is the spiritual root in human being that unless he or she attain the certain spiritual level he will never be permanent happy........

you are not satified with your life, so you are gloomy. others will agree with you only if you are successful. but my advise is let people go to hell. try to achieve your goals in life.
