Judging by the wording of your question, English is your second language. Go to the schools' language lab and try to find someone there who speaks your language and English fluently. Then write the essay in your native tongue having your language lab partner do editing and translation. Sometimes this can cost money but worth it if you need a good grade.

before you write your reports of course you have to read some articles or materials that are essential to your report....
read between the lines...some subjects promotes awwareness in their differences...
analyze every sentence you have read and take the main idea and the topic sentence so that it would be easier for you to make your school reports.....
