He somehow talked me into living with him, and I regret it so much. He helped me out in the past, but I feel like I have to draw the line somewhere. I'm trying to clean up my life and I can not do it while living with him. He gets too messed up on drugs and can't handle his booze either. What would you do?

Just to add something else. I'm almost 30, and he's barely 23. We're definately at different stages in our lives. Also, I've never F'd anyone in my life.

Well i dont know about F*&king him but you should leave. Just because he isnt going anywhere in life doesnt mean that you shouldnt. Just let him know a few weeks ahead of time.

Dont drop to his level. You are the older of you both, though your not on the lease thats not a reason why you can not have a say with what happens in the house. He needs to understand your position. It was his idea that you move in so it is he responsibility to make sure that everything is fine otherwise he will have to stand on his own feet with the bills if you move out due to his actions.

If you are not on the lease then you should just move out. Tell him that you are trying to get your own life in order and you just can't do it while living there.

by remaining with him you have shown him you are available, so either open your legs or use them to move out.
might be better to move, he doesn't seem so good for much.
