i live in dubai, uae. Out here the universities (u.s. & u.k based) demand alot of time from you and they are very expensive. any suggestions?

Of course you can, and depending on what college you choose, you may also be able to transfer credits from your previous college career. Good luck!

Yes, its never to late to get your education. You can do online learning if you want. University of Phoenix has several online degree programs if you want to do online learning. I strongly support your pursuance of education, and good luck and best wishes! :-)

all your credits from the college will transfer. some might be to old to be used as part of this degree.

why not ....... i do not where you are placed but i guess anywhere in the world there are many universities these days and i think you could start from anywhere
