You can even do this from windows also.
Right click on Internet Explorer icon on the desktop.
Click on property.
Click on --clear history
delete file
delete cookies
No click on content click Autocomplete Click on clear password & clear form u are done

It's called Windows. Go to your cache folder and delete it.

go to google and type AVG free its the top one download it. it doesn't get rid of virus' but it does make them dormant and every time after that when ever you start your computer it automatically runs.
its really good
its the one that we use and so does most of the people i know
