i have recently found out that i am pregnant with twins and have split up with my partner, some of my friends are getting involved. me and my ex partner are still friends but are no longer together how can i tell people to stay out of my business and causing trouble? please help i dont want to lose my mates over this!!

Congrats on the prengancy. Unfotunatly you may loose soem friends. You are goign to have to be honest. What happens between you and your ex is your business no theirs and they need to know that. They can offer support when needed but have no right sticky beaking where its not wanted. I hope it all works out. I really do. Good luck with everything and the pregnancy

A lot of times, friends get involved because they care about you and worry about you.
That's good.
Now just channel that involvement into help with your current situation.
Anything to do with the ex-relationship is off-limits.
Concentrate their attention on you and what they can do to help you now.

some people get involved because they care about you and are tying to help you with your pregnancy. but if you think that you can handle it by yourself (and maybe with the help of your partenr since you've said that you're still friends), then you should tell them to stop getting involved in a nice and polite way.^_^ good luck and congratualtions for the babies!

Sorry' Some people are hard headed and the only way to do it is to tell them where to get off at. Your business is yours and sometimes this is just what you have to do.
