By a variety of methods, the most efficient being trickle irrigation.
That is an irrigation pipeline from the supply with smaller capillary lines joining into the main pipeline at appropriate intervals . These capillary lines are each connected with a trickle connection on their ends then fastened so water is directed onto the root ball of each individual plant. A timer is used so a certain amount of water is applied by a certain time. On the other hand a sprinkler system can be used which is easier but no guarantee the plants will always get the amount of water they need especially in windy weather if outside.

You can do this through the magic of reticulation!
Usually you have a series of plastic pipes connected to your tap or underground water pipes. Once these are laid, you can install spray or drip sprinklers. Its efficient and does'nt waste water.

you can always device a small irrigation system from the water source to your plants... of course this would a little require work in the beginning but you might not have to work extra afterwards after you have made one...
