carbondioxide is a fire extinguisher. but when we blow in front of fire which is going to put off it suddenly gets glowing. how it is possible

youre not exhaling pure co2, plus youre moving atmospheric air.

The air you breathe out still contains plenty of oxygen. There's about 20% in normal air, and about 17% in exhaled air. So still plenty to encourage a fire, or to resuscitate someone who has stopped breathing. Carbon dioxide doesn't in itself extinguish a fire, a CO2 extinguisher works simply by excluding oxygen, which could equally be done with many other gases such as nitrogen.
