I lived in West Yorkshire for 5 years, but escaped when I was 7, so I haven't got the foggiest, but it's always been a Chinese Burn, and my mum said I used to play Dead Lions.
And as for Yorkshire Puddings, I have them with everything, even in sandwiches.
