how to get video codes from youtube?

i want to add a video from youtube to my profiel. hoew can i get it

1.Go to you tube.
2.Then poen the video that you want to add to your profile.
3.On the Right side of the video there will be a html code for your video(starts with embed).
4.Copy the code.
5.paste the code into your favourite videos section in your profile.

If you have Firefox, you can download a free plug-in from their site called Video Downloader that lets you download vids from You tube and a ton of other sites.
