Abortions don't really affect how many eggs a woman produces in her lifetime even if you had one abortion or if you had 20. However it has been shown to cause fertility problems and does it this way.
A woman could only get pregnant once her fertilised ova (egg) becomes attached(implanted) to the wall of her uterus (womb). When you undergo an abortion the practioner uses an instrument to literally scrape off the implanted fertilised egg (which in time would have become a fetus(baby)) and placenta (which is the attachment of the baby to the womb).
However in doing this 'scraping" it damages the wall of the womb and becomes scarred (kinda like how a cut on your skin heals and leaves a scar). The problem is that when a scar forms in your womb no eggs cannot be implanted(attached) where the scar was formed. So the more abortions you had, the more scars would have formed and there is much less space or areas for an egg could be implanted thus decreasing your chances of getting pregnant.
So in a nutshell in your case your egg production would be fine and your partners sperm is fertilising your egg ok as well. But the problem is your womb probably has a lot of scar tissue and there is little space for your fertilised egg to become implanted ( so it will be difficult for you to get pregnant). Six abortions is quite a lot and your chances are not so great, but at the same time it is not virtually impossible for you to become pregnant. My advice is to visit your gynacologist and they will run some tests to see how much scarring there is and they will be better to advise you of what your chances are of becoming pregnant. They may also find another reason why you cant get pregnant. Also they could offer you treatments depending on what they found. I am a physician myself and I know how distressing it is (to say the least) of wanting to become pregnant and just not seeing it happen. Just keep faith and don't make it a priority to the extent that it affects other areas of your life e.g family life, love life etc.
to answer your other question, a woman has a few 100,000 eggs in her ovaries (organs near the womb where the eggs are stored) but she only releases a few 100 of these during her lifetime (i.e. about 1 egg per month). Hope this helps somewhat.

She would first have to ask herself why she had to have 6 abortions in the first place. That's ridiculous.
It also stands to reason that she would be able to get pregnant again. After all, it happened many times before after abortions! Seriously, though, what kind of a woman has that many abortions?

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org
Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.
With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/51901

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

yes she can get pregnant again but I agree with the person that said the question is should she try to get pregnant again. she needs to think about the reasons she had the first 6 abortions before she tries to create another life to possibly destroy it

The tips to get pregnant given below are some effective ways to get pregnant fast and are natural ways of getting pregnant. Read here https://tr.im/eNIkc
Women can easily keep a tab on their ovulation by maintaining a temperature chart. Usually around the time of ovulation there is a spike in the temperature of women.
Stress and strain has significant role to play in respect of reproductive cycle including ovulation and menstruation. So if you are planning to get pregnant see to it that your partner as well as you are calm and collected.
Diet, weight, physical fitness and lifestyle have direct bearing on pregnancy. This holds true for both men and women. Both underweight and overweight may be exposed to the risk of infertility on account of difficulties in ovulation. So optimum importance should be given to body weight. One should opt for balanced diet, regular work out and exercises.

Unfortunately yes. Unless the abortion or something else has caused health problems preventing pregnancy.
Millions and millions of eggs are there. More than you will ever need. You only have about 425 periods in your life. You have about 2 million eggs.
