abdominal or pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding not caused by menstruation, dizziness or fainting, low blood pressure when bleeding is severe, you can go to your MD and he will perform a blood test to check your hormone levels or he will do a pelvic exam either way i think its better to go as soon as possible because ectopic pregnancies never reach full fetus development plus your fallopian tubes can explode because thats where the egg is growing basically.

I knew I was 8 weeks pregnant when I started to have severe lower abdominal cramps. I went to my doc who said it was an infection. He said to rest, but when i started to bleed i knew it was more serious. The hospital i went to done tests and discovered it was an ectopic. My main symptoms were the severe cramps and bleeding. Towards the end I had dizzy spells and some tingling. Be very careful if you think u are suffering an ectopic as it can be life threatening to you. Best of luck.

No constant increase of the "baby's" size. No heart sounds heard at five months. No increase in concentration of HCG . Ultrasound will reveal no fetus.
