Never that i know of.

Unless you count the few Moriscos who fled spain, Islam never had a major foothold in France.

Parts of the Iberian penninsula on the other hand...

Islam at its geographical height stretched for thousands of miles. Islamic conquest into Christian Europe spread as far as southern France.

I dont think they did, they occupied Spain for 700 years and nearly invaded France... They were deafeated at the battle of Tours, in 732, I believe... they never pushed farther north of the Pyrenees again.

Never. It was stopped from spreading into France at the Battle of Tours when Charles Martel defeated the Moors.
