im a single father of 2 kids that use to be 3 until my ex girl friend left to go back to her husband after he threw her out 2yrs ago after the DNA test said he wasnt the father but know he wants to be dad i cant go to there home to see my baby theyll call the police and arrest me for tresspassing i tryed to call then text then they have the law calling me saying that im harassing them i filled with the attorney general office but that takes time so i turn to you people of the web they think just because they are a big wrecker company in waller that they can take my fatherly rights just because he now wants to play dad so i ask you please call them or email them at arens wrecker service texas 936-539-3533 and say or text why wont you let him see his baby and maybe just maybe we can bring a miracle to my family for christmas i pray that people respond because i like to see a miracle glow threw these troubling times god bless you all and merry christmas

Dude, you're not too bright are you. That phone number was the Texas Attorney General's office and you're going to need legal help. Not a good move dipsh*t, but you shouldn't be penalized for being stupid, just don't have any more kids, OK.
Now you said you spoke to a lawyer, but was it civil or criminal. You need to speak to an attorney that will file a civil suit on your behalf and go after their personal assets (house, cars, money, etc).
Then they will have to listen, or risk losing everything they have, and if their business isn't incorporated, which I don't think it is, they risk losing that as well because it's just another personal asset.

hi there im sorry that you are going through this at the moment but you only have one route of action and that is through the lawyers and also through the courts ......that way it isall legal and above board and start by opening a bank account for youre children so that the courts are puttintg money away for youre children ......this will sort it self out if you do it the right way .....take care xx

It seems as if you got this girl pregnant while she was married. Maybe that's why they won't let you see your children. You really should get a lawyer. You should be able to at least get weekends or something. After all she was responsible too.

i visit call them for ya. they could desire to be stupid. struggling with a new child from receiving love from a Dad is new child abuse. I unfortunatly am dealing with something comparable. I even have 2 teenagers, yet am no longer allowed to confirm my toddler daughter. i substitute into left off the beginning certificates and she or he gave her a distinctive final call than mine, and her older brothers. they are terrified of the youngsters loving us greater beneficial than them. Like its a opposition for christs sakes! i visit disrupt their company.
