I would check the diet and general cares. What you describe is not a really big deal, but could become one in the future. I would assume the diet is flawed, and that the pen size, temps, lighting and humidity could be improved.

no. The white is urine. He is not eating enough or properly. It may be because at this time of year they stop eating in order to hibernate. My spur thighed is hibernating right now. How old is your tort' what are you feeding it?

Yes, I have had mine for nearly thirty-five years and he does that too... He should be hibernating by now, you know; so, if he doesn't sleep at least it seems normal to me that he eats less and poos less.

the white part of reptile poop is generally calcium or uric acid that was not peed out. there should be other poop in his enclosure, if not take him to a vet.

you should check with pet store or vet to insure what type of turtle you have not all turtles live in water you should also inquire about its diet

I would call whoever you got him from ... or a vet ... and ask about his diet ... sounds to me like he's sick ...
