I'm from the RPA (Reindeer Protection Agency), and that's secret, ma'am. We cannot have people impersonating Official Santa Claus Caribou and breaking into the strict security at the N. Pole facility.
We're working hard to train our reindeer in using the latest in technology and weaponry. We can't sacrifice all that toil for loose lips.

Santa's reindeer are ageless. None of them are older than the others. And Santa's been growing his beard for 364 days since he shaved it off last year.
