A white odorless discharge is quite normal. Don't worry about it.
You can clear your urine by drastically increasing the amount of water you drink.
But yellow urine can be a sign of diabetes or renal problems. Probably a good idea to get that checked out by a doctor.

The best treatment for yellowish urine is water. Your water will actually run clear if you drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Discharge is normal and can be white depending on the time of your cycle. If you keep treating yourself with OTC drugs, you can actually unbalance the natural order of things and end up with an infection. You should never place any tap water or medicine into your vagina unless you are 100% sure you have the condition. Tap water is never good to have in your vaginal canal.
If you are concerned about the discharge, you should have a pap smear. This will rule out any abnormalities. If the dr says you are fine, then leave it alone down there.
Drink water for the urine and if the discharge gets to be bothersome during times of your cycle, wear a pantyliner. In the meantime, see your gyn for a workup.
