I have a problem with the "constant rotation" part of your description - where does this come from and what motive energy provides the rotation. Magnets do not repel to create rotation, they have to be rotated by some type of motor in order to create the electricity.

I also have a problem with your "frictionless bearings" - please let me know where I can buy these. I assume it is the same place I can buy inertialess pulleys ?
