It would require a complete rewrite!

couple of things. First, our form of government is a democracy The president is the head of the executive branch, NOT the equivalent to a monarchy or oligarchy. We have a parliment in a sense in our congress. so the question is not worded correctly, but to answer it anyway, any change in our form of gov't would require constitutional revision at the very least, and most probably a complete rewrite. In the US, this would almost assuredly mean abolition of the constitution via civil war.

YES. you would have to rewrite the whole things. we go off the checks and balances with 3 branches of government like bouron de montesque wanted.
the legistaltive, executive, and judicail.
no one house has more power over the other. for something t o be passes everyone must pass it.
but parliment is a lot different for one the prime minster has a lot of more things to say then a president..

I sure hope not.
Another change will = to another mess, within our Country.
Holding those responsible to accountability under the US Constitution might be a good start though.
