Nazi soldiers were ok to settle where they wanted as normal people. you got remember some joined on the pretence of death. I have met quite a few living in germany. They are not proud of it at all but want to prevent it buy telling their story.
Now Commanders officers and other high ranking people are still being hunted to this day by some groups for war trails.
Hitler had living family that have settled in the US. Cousins and second cousins. They are under the protection of the US. They never had kids and swear never to continue the family line. They changed their names and live in solitude.
WIKI IS FUN

you are one dumb ****,, how can you say America only fought against Germany at the end of the war? Pres. Roosevelt lied and got us into the war in 1941 England was beaten, so was Russia until the U,S, rescued them, America lost as many men and fought just as hard as any other country did and one hell of a lot harder than some like France. you must be from some obscure country who doesn't teach history or just plain dumb and yes a lot of Germans came to this country after the war most were afraid the Jew;s would kill them since they had already made trenches and were wanting to kill all Germans until I think it was Gen, Eisenhower who stopped it.

Unlikely to have been a significant number. There were many Jewish scientists who escaped the Holocaust and came to America: read Berndt Engelmann's work on all the Nobel Prizes that go to Americans now, whereas prior to WW II they would have gone to Germans.
Also see the German American Bund cases which deported Nazis and Nazi sympathizers from the US after the war. Here's one: http://www.uniset.ca/naty/maternity/55FSupp403.htm
Interestingly, many Germans who escaped to the US pre-War and went to American law schools returned to Germany after the war with the Occupation to draft the Grundgesetz and to set up the new German legal system.

The Allies allowed a few of the to come work for the military. Russia just kidnapped all they could and forced them to work for their military. Most of Russia's military technology between 1948 to 1975 were developed by Germans. You don't think Russians were smart enough to do it do you? They can't even get a best answer without creating numerous IDs and giving themselves best answers. Here I'll show you some.

what documents? no records were kept for obvious reasons, many Nazis changed their names to live in self imposed exile in peace, nobody knows for sure how many settled where
besides, our technology was ahead of theirs, so why would the U.S. want to steal plans for equipment inferior to our own
I recommend an American History class

Oh, really? Let's see, my Dad got drafted in 1943 at 18. Russia was still getting its *** kicked at that point.
A better question is how many got away to Brazil.

Your facts are flawed, and there were no records kept for obvious reasons as to where these people were settled!
