I myself am not interested in that however my cousin works in a porn video/dance/adult store and claims that there is actually a branch of the porn indusry that has been growing rather quickly involving "gimprotica". Although it is mostly paraplegic and amputee "actors" there is evidently some featuring mental retardation/down synd. persons involved. If that is what you are into, he suggested searching on the internet for local fetish shops as that is where you are most likely to find it.
