Find him a better job. You can't get more time out of him. He probably is really tired when he gets home. If he works 18 hours a day, that leaves about 6 hours free. with about half an hour to get ready when he wakes up and half an hour to eat that leaves him with 5 hours to sleep if that.

You basically have 1 day to yourselves. Have him talk to his boss. If you guys need more time together, try this out. Get a part time job, no really I don't mean to be mean, but if you really need the money then get the job so he doesn't have to work long hours. Then you may have enough in the end to plan for the extra kid. Just a suggestion.

meet him for lunch (a nooner)
take a vacation with him
ask him to work fewer hours
call him at work and lure him back home
put naughty pictures in his lunch and let him the know the offer is only good until (pick a time that gets him home early)

You don't need another baby if he is not at home.

Are there other reasons he feels he has to work so much, such as financial pressures? If so, start cutting expenses so he doesn't feel as much pressure to work extra hours.

PS, I saw what you added, maybe you need to rub other body parts so he is not out quite so quickly.

He needs a vacation you need to pat him on the back for keeping up those hours that's a huge effort. I'd say wile he's working he only has time to eat and nap bef going back to work so a vacation or different job is needed.
