I'm not under 20, but...when I was living at home, I didn't cuss around them ever! (Doesn't mean I didn't cuss when they weren't around though). Now that I moved out, I still don't cuss around them...well, on purpose that is...I almost got in a car wreck with them in the car once, and I yelled out "S**T! They just looked at me funny, lol!

I'm 21 and I'm afraid of my mom, I didn't cuss in front of her until recently. And even still, I haven't dropped the f bomb or the s bomb in front of her, and I probably never will.

I try not to curse around my parents out of respect for them, but sometimes I slip when I am angry or talking about something passionately and my mom tends to understand that. But my parents tend to respect me more when I talk cleanly, because it shows that I have respect for them. <3
