I have an alarm clock that is set to wake me up to the radio. I cannot wake up to the buzzer setting at all. Regardless of what station it is set to, the dial always seems to move itself so that I have white noise everytime. Nothing ever touches the dial to make it move in the first place. And there is nothing that I can do to prevent this or stop it from happening. Even in the occasion that it may get jolted around, that wouldn't be enough force, nor the right type, to make the dial move.

That kind of thing has only ever happened in the current house that I am living in. I've had the clock in two other houses and never had anything like that going on and it's a fairly new clock, so old age is not a factor. Yet this house has always been full of paranormal activity. What would be causing this to happen?

I have watched the dial move on its own when no one is anywhere near it.

you got a ghost or spirit trying to communicate,
have you seen the movie White Noise, its based on the actual phenomenon.
you cant hear what they are saying in the static but if you get a tape recorder and set it next to the alarm and after it records a bit of static play back the recorder your supposed to hear what the ghosts are saying.it will also work on the static of a tv
well hope its a nice ghost or a passed relative just trying to stay in touch.good luck.

My advice to you is to figure out what you want to do. I can neither prove nor deny the existence of ghosts, but I have seen strange things happen with my own eyes, and I am a true scientist.

1. (Most likely) Figure out who (living person) is turning the dial. It might even be you, in your sleep.
2. Keep the radio on that frequency and see if you ever get a message. If I were a ghost, I would like to be able to talk to people in the living world. It would be fascinating.
3. Throw the radio away or leave the house if you wouldn't care about the ghost or what it may be wanting.

If you feel there is paranormal activity around you while in the specific house, why should you ask the members of Y!A about whats causing your radio's dial to slip in bandwith with no broadcasts on it ?? and just what is paranormal activity afer all?? and what's normal activity ?? Oprah on Yahoo Answers??

I'm with Moonwalk on this one. And to add to it, if you're finding this occurance very annoying, ask the spirit to stop doing it. But make sure you ask politely. Being rude can worsen the problem.

There is a spirit that has not fully accepted you yet. You need to try and approach it and let it know that you mean no harm. Good Luck.
