How common are evaporation lines in E.P.T. pregnancy tests? Would they be the same color as the control line or would they be greyish?

Read and follow the instructions to the test exactly. If it says wait 3 minutes and look, wait 3 minutes and look...The test is void after that. You cannot look 10 minutes later and assume you are pregnant if you see evaporation lines. From what I hear, they are very common and many women mistake them as a positive test result!

Most PG Tests state very clearly, if there is a 2nd line, that is a positive result, even if it is very weak/faint. So wait a week and test again, or go to a clinic or doctor and get your blood HCG test, which is much more sensitive than urine is in the early stages. Good Luck!
