First find out the intensity of the damage and the effects. WE, the human beings are armoured with strong knowledge, for expression a pen & internet are sufficient to handle the misusers. Hit them hard and wake up those sleeping sufferers to express their sufferings!!!
At one it was said "Pen is mightier than sword"
I feel "Internet forums are mightier than pens", as they need not go to a news editing section for the appraisal before publication!!!

Unfortunatly they will do what benefits their bank account and that is the way it go's...there are people who would do much better in office but they don't have the money to run...
