Recipe For Beautiful Feet
Everyone wants to have smooth skin and beautiful feet :-)
If you take 1 cup Lemon Juice, Cinnamon (for smell), 2 tablespoons (or less) olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk, and water you can make a wash that leaves skin refreshed and fragrant (the amount of water does not matter).
If you do not like the cinnamon smell you can replace it with another spice, perfume, or flower petals such as roses.
After you make it, you can put it in a tub were you can soak your feet or body.
Next dry your feet or rinse them with water and a MILD soap.
After a few weeks of doing this your skin will be silky smooth.
French Manicure
STEP 1
It's essential to prepare your hands and nails before applying nail polish. First, exfoliate your hands by massaging them using a small amount of body scrub. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly. One of the main causes of chapped hands is not drying them properly after washing.
STEP 2
File your nails. If they are brittle or tend to split, keep them flat across the top with smooth, rounded edges. When filing, move in one direction, from outer corner to centre-sawing movements can damage the nail plate. Choose a nail file with a fine surface that glides over the nail.
STEP 3
Coat hands in a layer of sweet almond oil, to norish and soften, then wrap in a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes. Unwrap, and gently push back cuticles using a rubber hoof stick (available from most chemists). Never use cuticle clippers, as they can nick the skin. Rinse hands with warm water and dry thoroughly to remove any oil residue.
STEP 4
Apply one coat of base coat over your entire nail and allow a couple of minutes to dry. This will help strengthen the nail. Some products also level fine ridges and imperfections, leaving a smooth surface to apply polish. There's a wide range of base coats to choose from.
STEP 5
For a square look, paint a straight line across the tips; for a rounded appearance, follow the curve of the nail; and to get a pointed style, paint in from each side to the centre. Some manicure kits include sticky strips to use as a guide. when applying, lay your hand on a flat surface and keep the ball of your painting hand steady and keep the ball of your painting hand steady by resting it on the same surface. Leave to dry.
STEP 6
Finally, apply a coat of translucent shell-pink polish over the entire nail to seal the whitened tip and complete the look. Allow 10 minutes for it to dry. For extra shine and protection, apply a clear, glossy top coat.

I have spent a lot of time looking at formulations for hand creams etc in my job and I can tell you that they are are all much the same. There are about thirty chemicals commonly used and different creams and lotions use maybe ten of them. Thus sorbolene, nivea and skin repair to name a few are not much better than each other. The expensive creams sold in small packs at department store cosmetic counters are no better either and sometimes are short weight.
Men in manual work used to use mutton fat. That's none to enticing but you could try olive or almond oil in small quantities.
Avoid soaps and detergents including shampoo where ever possible.

I think you are on the right track...
You maybe using the wrong products though!
By a soap that is gentle and unscented.
Why dont you out on your lotion when in the bathroom after your shower, before you leave the steam-filled bathroom! Your pores will be still open and your skin will be still moist. I believe its the best time to moisturize your skin.
Use sunblock! Do you know that babies' soft skin is so soft because they are not exposed to the harmful effects of UV rays?
Moisturize dry rough areas (feet, elbows, knees, and hands)before going to sleep. Make this a daily must/routine!
Drink lots and lots of water all day to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out...
If you must, try some supplements! Multivitamins for the skin!
If you wanna bamber yourself into a bath, pur in three capfuls of baby oil in the water (preferably with aloe vera and vitamin E)
try this trick.... Add a handful of sugar to your favorite lotion and mix. Rub it into your dry skin and then towel it off.
;-) Good Luck

Try going for a manicure. They don't always last long but you will probably notice a difference.
At home, you could try putting on tons of lotion before bed then wear socks on your hands and feet all night. In the morning and throughout the next day you will notice the difference. There are some products out there that basically do the same thing but they are a little expensive, imo. Check it out:

If your hands and feet are really dry and scaly get some Bag Balm, it is what they use on chaffed cow's udders ( I swear I am not joking) It is a heavy duty mixture of Petroleum Jelly and Lanolin. Apply before bedtime and wear cotton socks and gloves over night. Repeat as needed.
I apply Redken's Glass to my hair in the morning.....I also apply it to my hands, elbows and eyebrows....makes them soft w/o the greasy feeling.
TRY IT!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried the Mary Kay Satin Hands Pampering Set? The hand wash has microbeads that exfolliate your hands. This is good because it gets off the dead skin which makes lotion penetrate your skin better and thus moisterize more. Then, it has two different moisterizers with it... one regular for daytime, the second is a lot stronger for evenings... IT is the best set! I have really dry skin and it worked for me. It is guaranteed.

Put lots of vasoline on your hands and feet, wear cotton gloves & socks. Do this before bed and whenever you get a chance during the day. Much less expensive than pricely lotions and far more effective.
