When I was young and stupid, I married a real @sshole, he used to beat me up. BUT.. I got so pissed one night I let him have it. I punched him in the face so hard, when he got up you couldn't even see his right eye. Back then the cops didn't do anything except make ME leave. Today...I would have been arrested. Needless to say I was only married to him for 3 months.

Yes, unfortunately.
It was mostly emotional abuse, with a little verbal abuse thrown in. And one time it got physical. I'm just glad it's over. I don't need that sh*t in my life.

Yes (emotional), married for 7 years. I had enough, and got out. Been free for 3 years now and loving my singleness!

Yes, my bf in college loves to make me cry by stooding me up on all our dates....making me inhale all the fumes of his smoking...and the worst, made me listen to those hard metal rocks that tore my eardrums apart!
It was over after two sickening months!

i dnt think il ever indulge myself in an abusive & unhealthy relation..
early warning signs of physical & verbal abuse & im GONE!
