before you reach the bootscreen while booting up,

hit delete in your keyboard..

but remember, it depends on the motherboard you are using..

sometimes, it can be F1, F8, F10 or F12..

Yes! it depends on motherboard brand. You can usually press F10 or Del key immidiately after putting on the computer. Sometimes its written on the boot screen as to which button to press to bring up the BIOS setup.

Used to be that the universal way to get to bios setup was to hit the Del key. Now depending on the company you have to hit an F key. Usually when you boot up, and if you watch, it will tell you what key to hit.
