when I start the game, a message appeared and told me that DirectX
encountered an unrecoverable data.Check the DirectX help documentfor possible solutions. I have done everything the help document told but the error still ocurrs. Please help me!!!

Sounds like a compatibility issue. Make sure your video card can run the game. What type of video card do you have? Make sure your drivers are up to date.

I have the same problems..I've googled it and there are plenty of forums out there talking about it. Just type the exact first line of The DirectX message in Google and you find the same forums I found...It seems to be a common problem. I haven't got mine working yet and just started working on it today.

Try downloading the latest video driver
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
and
Get the latest direct X version if you have it, then delete it and reinstall it
